Beginning January 17, 2009 Brittany (my wife) and I are going to be embarking on the grand adventure of hosting a home-based bible study for the "20-somethings" cohort from the College Park Church of Christ. I couldn't be more exited (or, incidentally, more nervous) about this study.
The topic for our first study will be Romans in Reverse. It will begin with some of Paul's conclusions in Romans 16 and will work backwards through chapters 15 and 14 in an effort to ascertain how they were reached. I plan on having the study's text up on this blog sometime this week. Ideally the blog will follow the studies, giving us an opportunity to continue and expand our dicussions. Moreover, it will give the "30 & above" and "19 & under" crowds a chance to catch a glimpse at the study and join the conversation.
Aside from study content, I may also use this blog as a venue for other thoughts/items of interest. I'll keep you posted. (I just couldn't resist the cheesy pun!) God bless!
